Based on the principles of the so-called Nature Based Solutions (SBN) and Permaculture, Qatuan offer sustainable landscape projects that interact within their surrounding ecosystems. From Masterplanning through more intrinsic facilities such as bio-pools, flow forms, wetland systems, aquaponics and other products offered within the Qatuan Water line, we work from initial creation to completion. Maintenance services are also included, alongside a variable option of products for your project to work together with nature.
Project Management
Project management from the beginning to completion. Briefing, selection and coordination of consultants, implementation managers, suppliers and contractors. Monitoring the progress of works and other agreed goals. Delivery of completed projects.
Detailed Design
Development of proposals with sufficient details to obtain customer approval regarding the proposed materials, techniques and standards.
Installation
On-site visits at appropriate intervals to inspect the progress and quality of the works and periodic communication with customers about the progress of the work.
Maintenance
Preparation of management plans and maintenance schedules. Elaboration of drawings, agendas and operational manuals, evaluating the cost and personnel implications of each proposal, for the client's choice.
